Granlibakken Tahoe features lodging styles ranging from hotel bedrooms to townhomes and lodges. Options include standard rooms with one king, one queen, two queens, two doubles, or two twin beds. Studios offer fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, seating areas with fireplaces, and private decks with either two double beds or a queen murphy bed and sofa sleeper. Suites include a primary bedroom with a king bed, an alcove bedroom with a double bed, a shared bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, and a private balcony. Townhomes range from one to three bedrooms with fully equipped kitchens and living spaces. Big Pine Lodge has seven lodge bedrooms, and Forest Lodge features eight bedrooms.

Granlibakken's Chef Gene Roberts prepares meals using a team that caters to special dietary needs. A breakfast buffet is available daily. The Cedar House Pub features comfort food with a gourmet twist. Rusty's American Lunch restaurant, located at the base of the ski hill, offers soups, chicken fingers, nachos, and hot dogs, along with snacks, hot and cold drinks, and beer and wine. The iconic restaurant and bar on the banks of the Truckee River doubles its fun in summer with a spacious outdoor patio and bar. A wine bar features cheese plates.

Granlibakken has a historic ski and snowboard hill serviced by two surface lifts. Guests can use a groomed sled hill, zip lines, and aerial adventures at the Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park. Other amenities include a heated lap and separate wading pool, a hot tub, hiking and biking trails, tennis and pickleball courts, a yoga and meditation space, and a day spa. The resort also provides access to the Tahoe Rim Trail. Cross-country ski rentals are available at the ski hut, and snowshoe rentals are available at the warming hut.

Granlibakken Tahoe has 24,500 square feet of meeting space that accommodates up to 400 people. The resort provides a High Altitude Training Center. Washers and dryers are located on the first floor of the Main Lodge and in Big Pine Lodge. Swimming towels are located in the units.
